Carpark
Parking spaces are allocated to specific apartments and belong to the owner.
If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord for further information regarding parking spaces for your apartment.
There are no designated visitor spaces, and contractors are not permitted to park in the car park other than the space allocated to the apartment.
At the moment, whilst the cladding works are underway, contractors cannot use the loading bay for their vehicle.
It is against the terms of the residential leases to rent out a parking space to a third party, even someone else who lives in W3. Please ensure you park fully within your allocated bay. No parking is allowed outside designated bays.
Any owner or resident who wishes to 'ticket' a vehicle in the wrong space, or parked over the lines, should send photos and details via WhatsApp on 07836648997 - the person reporting the issue will be kept confidential.
All vehicles must be taxed or declared SORN (see here for more information).
Whilst the car park and loading bays have CCTV cameras in place to try and protect us all, you use the car park and bicycle store at your own risk and the agents and Board at W3 cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses incurred to property whilst using the car park.
There are height restrictions throughout the car park and we ask that drivers use their lights whilst moving a motor vehicle.
You can use the loading bay to move large items and for contractors to load or unload but whilst the cladding works are underway this requires 2 weeks notice - please contact w3liaison@gmail.com to arrange.
There are no electric vehicle charging facilities at W3.
Please do not wedge open any doors into the car park or loading bay. These are fire doors and help to protect building security. Flammable items must not be stored in the car park.
Bicycles can be stored in the locked cage in the lower level of the car park. Please contact the concierge for more information and to obtain access. You need to have a good quality lock in use on your bicycle.
